Skip the winter drive and the hunt for parking at the hill. We pick you up at Pearson, at home in Barrie or at your hotel, load the skis and boards, and drop you at Blue Mountain, Horseshoe, Mount St. Louis Moonstone or Snow Valley.

Add your pickup and the resort you’re heading to.

Barrie sits in the middle of Ontario’s best skiing. Snow Valley in Minesing is about 15 minutes west. Horseshoe Resort is roughly 25 km north, and Mount St. Louis Moonstone is about 26 km north at Highway 400 exit 131. Blue Mountain, near Collingwood, is about an hour away.
Visitors flying into Toronto Pearson usually head straight for Blue Mountain, which is around two hours north. That last stretch along Highway 26 can be slow in lake-effect snow, which is why many skiers prefer to let a chauffeur handle it. For Blue Mountain stays, see our Blue Mountain ski transfer page.

Send us your flight number and arrival time. After you clear customs and pick up your bags, your chauffeur loads the skis and drives you straight to your hotel or rental.
For a day on the hill, we can drop you off in the morning and pick you up when the lifts close. Groups often book a Sprinter so everyone rides up together and nobody has to drive home tired.
Winter storms can slow Highway 400 and Highway 26. We build extra time into winter pickups and will contact you if conditions change. For travel tips, read our guide to getting from Pearson to Blue Mountain.
A ski day from Barrie is simple: a morning pickup, a drive to the hill, and a return pickup when the lifts close. A ski week usually starts with an airport run, so the booking needs flight times, a drop-off at your hotel or rental and a return date for the trip back.
Some groups book both. They arrive at Pearson, spend a few days at Blue Mountain and then add a day at a different resort, such as Horseshoe or Mount St. Louis Moonstone. Tell us the whole plan and we’ll set up each leg.
Ski and snowboard bags take more space than suitcases, and boots add bulk. A good rule is to count the skiers, then count the bags, and send us both numbers. An SUV handles a family of four with gear, while a group of eight to twelve is better in a Sprinter van.
Pack boots in a separate bag and keep gloves, goggles and a warm layer with you in the vehicle. If you arrive straight from the airport, you may want to change before you reach the hill.
Snow is what you came for, but it can slow the roads. On storm days we leave earlier and drive to the conditions, which can add time. Check the weather the night before, and if a big storm is forecast, call us to talk about changing the pickup time.
For airport transfers, give yourself a generous buffer on the way back to Pearson. Missing a flight because of a slow drive is the one thing nobody wants at the end of a ski trip. Our winter airport travel tips go into more detail.
Ski clubs, school groups and families often travel together. For larger groups, a Sprinter van seats 12 and the party bus seats 20, so the whole group arrives at once and nobody has to drive home tired after a full day on the slopes.
If your group is bigger than one vehicle, two vehicles can travel together. Share the headcount and the gear list when you book and we’ll suggest the best mix.
Many skiers like to stop for dinner on the way home, or stay for an après-ski drink at the resort before heading back. If that’s your plan, tell us when you book and we’ll set the return pickup for after dinner rather than at last lift.
We pick up skiers across Simcoe County, from Barrie, Innisfil, Bradford and Orillia to smaller communities on the way to the hills. For groups coming from more than one address, a single meeting point keeps the morning simple.
Each resort has its own drop-off area near the base lodge or village. Tell us which lodge or entrance you want, especially at larger resorts, so the chauffeur drops you as close as possible to the lifts and rentals.
Some hills near Barrie offer night skiing on selected days. If you’re planning an evening on the slopes, book a later return pickup and check the resort’s night skiing schedule before you go.
